People Add Value Experience (PAVE) has been a passion for SchleiF for a number of years. Sharing the value brought from conversation has been something he has always dreamed of doing. The discussions with people from a variety of backgrounds is meant to bring value to those that consume the content and share the joys and lessons learned in industry and life.

SchleiF works and lives in Florida with his wife, five children, and two dogs.
